The community is fully built out. The Quail Crossing Residential Association property is located between 9th Ave / Mountain View Ave and Button Rock Dr in South East Longmont, CO. (The Quail Crossing Townhouses are NOT members of the Quail Crossing Residential community.)

BILLINGS: The 2020 Assessments are $115 per calendar quarter. Assessments statements will be mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.

Regular Meetings of the HOA Board are scheduled to be held the 3rd Tuesday each calendar quarter, at 6:00pm, at the Foster Management Office located at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd., STE 111, Longmont, CO 80501. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 Precautions, HOA Board Meetings will be held via VIDEO CONFERENCE. Please contact Kevin@FosterMGMT.net for login instructions to the Video Conference, if you would like to participate. All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend.
